Leading drone manufacturer DJI has released a teaser entitled “Spin Your World”. The teaser shows a brand-new nacelle that could equip the next DJI drone.
This teaser, recently posted on DJI’s social networks, briefly reveals a nacelle capable of rotating 360 degrees. This feature suggests new creative possibilities for aerial shooting, including dynamic shots and unprecedented perspectives.
The short video posted by DJI shows a system consisting of three cameras mounted on a spherical pod, bearing the Hasselblad logo, as on the Mavic 3 Pro. This configuration promises great flexibility in camera movements.
Many believe it could be the DJI Mavic 4 Pro, the successor to the popular Mavic 3 series. Like previous models in the Mavic range, this new drone appears to retain a compact, foldable design, while weighing in at probably under a kilogram. In most countries, however, this weight would require pilots to hold a specific license to fly it.
DJI plans to officially launch this product on May 13, 202.5 We’ll know more then.
