CP+ 2019

Phototrend live at CP+ 2019

After Photokina, it’s time for CP+ 2019! From February 28 to March 3, the CP+ 2019 (or Camera & Photo Imaging Show 2019), Japan’s equivalent of the Salon de la Photo, will be held in Yokohama, on the outskirts of Tokyo. This year, CP+ celebrates its 10th anniversary, and Phototrend will be on hand to tell you all about the latest hardware innovations!

With attendance close to that of the Salon de la Photo (just over 68,000 visitors in 2018), CP+ is a major photo event. All the more so as, in Japan, photography is an even more all-consuming passion than in France, and photo manufacturers and brands – mainly of Asian origin – play at home, often with announcements as big as at Photokina!

This year, Phototrend is the only French editorial team to have made the trip, along with the winners of the Salon de la Photo Zooms – CP+ and Salon de la Photo have been Zooms partners for several years. So we’ll be at the heart of the photo world, bringing you the latest industry news – and there’ll be plenty of it! – interview major players in the photography industry, and get to the heart of the matter by visiting lens manufacturing plants such as Nikon’s in Tochigi and Sigma’s in Aizu.

Here are the articles linked to the CP+ 2019 edition:
